Job Description

The successful candidate will be part of Human Resources Division, HR Technology Department. He/ She will be part of the team that drives digitalisation and systems rejuvenation across HR functions in the Company.

 

Key Responsibilities

(1) HR platform implementation

  • Support the implementation of Performance and Goal Management (PMGM) and Talent Management (SPCDP) to overseas stations on SuccessFactors

(2) Other Digital Initiatives

  • Support the implementation of Staff Travel module roll out to overseas stations on SuccessFactors
  • Support the Customer Relation Management (CRM) tool implementation for Singapore Airlines Academy

(3) Operations

  • Support SuccessFactor data replication monitoring to SAP ECC and EC Payroll
  • Support the expense module (SAP Concur) by handling users’ query and tickets
  • Support Access Management related integration and monitoring
  • Implement digital enhancements by leveraging in-house capabilities, e.g. RPA, Power Apps
  • Manage HR Division's IT request and provide necessary IT support as a Divisional LIC (local IT coordinator)

 

Requirements

  • Possess a Diploma in IT or Engineering (with programming knowledge)
  • Tech-savvy 
  • Familiar with design thinking
  • Experience as a Product Owner (PO) or sub-PO in an Agile Squad will be an advantage
  • Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Keen interest and quick to learn new technology
